It takes 1 to 2 days to receive your SIM toolkit if you’re near in or around Vancouver, Washington. Otherwise, please allow 3 to 5 days.
By entering your IMEI, ESN, MEID, or DEC number you’ll then be given an opportunity to enter in your SIM card number (if you already have one with us if re-signing up) or by checking a box requesting for a new SIM card. Once you complete the sign-up process followed by payment we will mail you your SIM toolkit with instructions provided.
At this time we do not offer manual payments, but this is something we are considering and looking into. We don’t want our customers to be concerned with having to lose their phone number since it’s possible that is something that could happen should a payment be missed with pre-paid phone service.
Auto-pay is initially established with the account, but you are able to cancel at any time with your own ability or control by clicking on the Account page. After signing up you’re given an email confirmation that will give you your account number. You may login with your account number or phone number followed by the password you have chosen.
You may visit our partner MoodyJ Electronics for phones that we have available if interested. If you’ve already looked over our phone approved list which you see a device preferred but not available through our partner, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the device you’re interested in and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate your request! Please note, most phones that are CDMA unlocked and compatible with Verizon should work with MoodyJ Mobile.

MoodyJ Mobile offers pre-paid phone service plans at this time. We are in the process of offering phone coverage, repairs, and store perk discounts in the near future, please stay tuned!
On a pre-paid plan, you pay for your phone service up front with no additional fees or charges added to your plan where you know what you’re always paying for. Post-paid plans are all about when you pay for it and could lead to collection activity if not paid. MoodyJ Mobile, at this time, offers pre-paid plan service.
Absolutely! We want you to have complete control doing so. It’s advisable to opt to have your plan change at the end of your bill cycle so you may benefit from your existing plan as well. A partial month adjustment will apply should you opt to change immediately.
Shared plans, otherwise known as family plans, allow you to have an opportunity to share data among multiple lines. Such as, if you opt in for a 5GB data plan, that amount of data will be distributed across all users over the 30 day period.
Typically 1-2 hours. If it takes any longer it may be a result to the name or address with your current carrier not matching the information you entered when you signed up which is required.
We currently don’t offer device coverage at this time, but it’s in the near foreseeable future.

Please note, if you stop placing cash payments on your pre-paid card and funds are not available upon date payment is due you will be at risk losing your phone number.

This can vary depending on your area. On average our customers are reporting 35mbps down and 3mbps up. We guarantee 5mbps download and 64kbps upload.
We understand most want to acquire their device as soon as possible, but at this time please allow 2 weeks for processing and delivering. We are working on a means in cutting the delivery time in half due to budget.
Customers are given 72 hours from the date the device is delivered to decide if this is the device they ordered, wanted, or choose to keep.
NO! There is NO LONG TERM CONTRACT and only pre-pay for 30 days. YOU ARE FREE TO CANCEL ANYTIME! If you cancel mid-month, there are no prorated refunds though.
Our plans are prepaid, which means you pay ahead of the coming month. Should payment not be made, the line will be temporarily suspended until payment is made. After 14 days of no payment, the line will be closed permanently, which can result in the loss of the phone number.
Third party billing is blocked as much as possible to protect your account. Many clients have successfully been using Google Voice to receive short code messages and this has been working well for them. If you receive a short code message that you wish to block simply reply with STOP.
